Sampling
Precision in Prototyping
Our experienced sampling lines take 2 to 3 weeks to create paper patterns and grade sizes before cutting and sewing your samples. This process ensures that your designs are accurately represented and ready for production.
QC of Samples
After samples are created, our product development team performs thorough quality checks to ensure consistency and readiness for production. We strive to meet the highest standards before moving to the next stage.
Apparel Manufacturing
Pre-Production
To minimize shrinkage issues, all fabrics undergo a pre-shrunk wash. Any final adjustments to fitting, print colors, size, and position are finalized in a pre-production sample before bulk production begins.
Bulk Production
Once final samples are approved and orders are confirmed with artwork and down-payment, our apparel manufacturing lead times typically range from 6-8 weeks. We focus on delivering high-quality products efficiently.
Quality Assurance
Our dedicated QC teams conduct rigorous quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve any issues before packaging. We aim to produce high-quality garments that satisfy and retain your customers.

Shipping
Reliable Shipping & Delivery
For smaller orders and sample pieces, we ship via renowned courier services like DHL, FEDEX, and TNT using air freight. Regular production orders can be shipped according to customer preferences, either by air freight or by truck. As a full-package production company, we organize everything for our clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
